NORDAC ON/ON+ Variable Frequency Drive
NORDAC ON/ON+ VFDs were developed to meet the special requirements of horizontal conveyor technology and for use with the new IE5+ synchronous motor (NORDAC ON+). They are characterized by an integrated Ethernet interface, full Plug-&-Play capabilities, and a very compact design. NORDAC ON/ON+ variable frequency drives are a reliable, economic solution for IIoT environments.

IE5+ Ultra High-Efficiency Synchronous Motors
The new generation of NORD IE5+ synchronous motors are manufactured in-house and are especially well-suited for intralogistics. These motors feature a compact, hygienic design with smooth surfaces for high corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. IE5+ motors are available with nsd tupHTM Sealed Surface Conversion or IP69K surface treatment (when supplied as a complete gear unit). A motor-integrated encoder comes standard and an integrated mechanical brake is optional. By using these motors, the number of system variants can be reduced, lowering operating and maintenance costs. They have high compatibility and are intended for use with NORD Variable Frequency Drives (wall or cabinet mounted versions only).

Two Stage Helical Bevel Gear Units
NORD’s two stage helical bevels feature efficient operation in a modular design. Two housing styles (open and closed) along with flexible input and output configurations ensure complete application and environmental versatility. The units are available with foot, flange, or face mounting and hollow or solid shaft designs.
The two stage bevels are designed for customers who need a robust gearbox for light conveying and processing applications, as well as for food and beverage industries. It's also a more efficient and reliable solution than a typical worm unit.

NORDBLOC®.1 Inline Gear Units
Quiet, reliable performance, and cleanliness characterize NORDBLOC®.1 gear units. These innovative and patented gear units do not have bore plugs or assembly covers, and their smooth surface prevents pooling of liquids and solids.
Available with optional nsd tupH™ surface coating — an alternative to stainless steel at a fraction of the price. NORD's special molecular conversion process ensures aluminum alloy drive equipment has all the surface protection heavy wash-down applications demand. Corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, lightweight, durable, dissipates heat more effectively than stainless steel, and will not flake.
