The new generation of NORD IE5+ synchronous motors is manufactured in-house for use in intralogistics as well as in the food and beverage industry. Our motors feature a compact and hygienic design in a very small space and thus ensure high corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

NORDAC ON/ON+ VFDs were developed to meet the special requirements of horizontal conveyor technology and for use with the new IE5+ synchronous motor (NORDAC ON+). They are characterized by an integrated Ethernet interface, full Plug-&-Play capabilities, and a very compact design. NORDAC ON/ON+ variable frequency drives are a reliable, economic solution for IIoT environments.

  • With the NORD ECO-Box, the energy consumption of your system or of individual drives can be measured in detail for the first time. Only through a comprehensive data analysis with which patterns and outliers can be detected, can an evaluation take place with meaningful findings that reveal the possible savings potential.
  • When analyzing and interpreting the collected data, values about consumption, utilization and TCO are broken down. The key data obtained are used for comparison with possible other drive systems, in order to make the best decision ecologically and economically.
  • Using appropriate drive systems can reduce carbon emissions, reduce energy consumption and optimize management, maintenance and wear costs. Moreover, reducing the number of variants also provides the opportunity to streamline production, logistics, storage and service processes.

MAXXDRIVE® Parallel Gear Units

The parallel gear version of the MAXXDRIVE® industrial gear unit is manufactured according to the proven UNICASE housing principle and is available in all sizes. Because of this design, mixer drives can often be implemented without additional bearings. Large roller bearings and centre distances increase the load capacity and service life of the individual components. Effective cooling systems reduce temperatures and extend the life of lubricants. We offer short planning and delivery times. This is possible due to the extensive knowledge of our experts about the specific requirements for every application, as well as optimised stocking of components.
