They are characterized by an integrated Ethernet interface, full Plug-&-Play capabilities, and a very compact design. NORDAC ON/ON+ variable frequency drives are a reliable, economic solution for IIoT environments.

The NORDAC PRO is the frequency inverter for every drive task. In the basic version SK 500P, the NORDAC PRO already offers great versatility. The advanced version SK 530P supplements this scope and can be functionally expanded by SK CU5 option modules. For efficient connection to Ethernet-based controllers, the SK 550P has an integrated multi-protocol Ethernet interface.
An elemental part of the „Total Cost of Ownership“(TCO) are, next to the investment cost, the costs for operation. These costs mainly consist of energy costs, costs for administration as well as costs for logistics and stocks. The enhancement of the energy efficiency and the reduction of variants are key for optimizing the economics of the plant.
NORD’s permanent magnetic synchronous IE4 motors (PMSM) are highly energy efficient and can decrease the operational costs significantly. Even in operating points with partial load and speed, as they occur often in conveying applications, NORD’s PMSM motors waste only few energy.
By reducing variants, the operational costs can be reduced additionally by cutting expenditures for administration and spare part stocks.
Eventually, minimized operational costs lead to annual financial savings and thus enhance the economics of the plant.
